Meeval Care operates from India, but the third-party services above are based in the United States and European Union. When you use the Platform, your data may be transferred to and processed in these regions. We take reasonable steps to ensure the transfer is lawful — including, where applicable, the use of standard contractual clauses approved under EU GDPR and equivalent frameworks under the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Regulatory Status

Meeval Care is based in India and is not subject to the United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). The Platform is not a HIPAA-compliant service and must not be used to create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information ("PHI") on behalf of a covered entity. We do not enter into Business Associate Agreements.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties before providing any personal information.

Children's Privacy

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. Meeval Care does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the Platform or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
